Refund Policy
Items purchased directly from the iCheckTPMS website are returnable (excluding shipping) within a 14-day period from the date of purchase. Items must be in original sale condition (unused with original, unopened and undamaged packaging). We will accept returns during that time (within 14 days) for change of mind.
You will be responsible for the cost and risk of returning goods, including the cost of return shipping. If the item is not received by iCheckTPMS, we will be unable to process a credit. All return shipping costs are non-refundable.
If the returned item does not meet the conditions of this policy as outlined above, you will be responsible for the cost of receiving your returned goods back to your nominated address. Alternatively, you can choose not to have the item returned to you.
Once the return has been received, a refund can be processed for the value of the original purchase less a $20 handling/restocking fee. All Bank/Credit Card/PayPal fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items?
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or wrong item, please email us within 5 days of receiving the order. Include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos (if applicable)
We’ll get it sorted as quickly as possible.
We are unable to accept returned items that have been damaged in transit, if they have then been used or fitted.
iCheckTPMS must be advised within 5 business days from the time of delivery so that we can initiate a claim with the freight carrier. We may not be able to assist if advised of items damaged in transit after this time.
